LC Cleans offers residential and/or commercial cleaning services in Reading, England and surrounding areas. Services may include general cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, etc.

Appointments & Access

​

• Customers must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Missed appointments or failure to provide access may incur a fee.

• Any pets must be secured, and special instructions communicated in advance.

Pricing & Payment

​

• All service fees will be agreed upon before work begins.

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 Satisfaction Guarantee

​

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue.

 Liability

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of fragile or valuable items.

Customer Obligations

• Provide a safe working environment for our staff.

• Inform us of any allergies, risks, or specific cleaning requirements.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions or repeated cancellations.

Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
